Child Safety

TooTalk has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This policy explains our standards, how we act on reports, and how to reach us.

Effective date: September 23, 2026

1. Zero Tolerance

The following are strictly forbidden on TooTalk:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
• Any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers a minor, including drawings, animation and computer-generated imagery.
• Grooming, sextortion, or soliciting sexual content from a minor.
• Trafficking, or advertising or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a minor.
• Sharing links to, or instructions for finding, any of the above.

2. Minimum Age

TooTalk is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country. Accounts we believe belong to underage users are removed.

3. Reporting

If you see content or behaviour that endangers a child:

• Use the in-app Report option on the profile, channel, status or post.
• Or email us at iftikhar.digitalmarketer@gmail.com with the username and any details. Please do not attach illegal imagery.

Reports involving child safety are prioritised and reviewed as quickly as possible.

4. What We Do

• We remove violating content and permanently ban the accounts and devices involved.
• We preserve relevant records where the law requires it.
• We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement where applicable.

5. Encryption and Safety

Private one-to-one and group messages are end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot read them. We act on user reports, and we review public surfaces such as the feed, channels and statuses. Our moderation team also enforces bans at the account and device level to stop offenders returning.

6. Guidance for Parents and Guardians

• Talk with your child about who they accept messages from.
• Use the privacy controls in Settings, Privacy, to limit who can message them and who can see their information.
• Use Block and Report on any unwanted contact.
