Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TooTalk mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using TooTalk, you agree to these Terms.

Effective date: September 23, 2026

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use TooTalk. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your account secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Usernames are unique. We may reclaim a username that impersonates another person or brand.
• Tell us immediately at iftikhar.digitalmarketer@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TooTalk to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or run scams or fraud.
• Harass, bully, threaten, stalk or impersonate anyone.
• Post or share child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualises minors. See our Child Safety Policy.
• Share sexually explicit content, graphic violence, or hate speech targeting protected groups.
• Share malware, or attempt to hack, overload, reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
• Break any applicable law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.
• Collect other users' data without their consent, or use automated tools to scrape the service.

4. Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service, such as transmitting your encrypted messages to the people you send them to, and displaying your public feed posts, channel posts and statuses to the audience you choose.

You are responsible for the content you post. Remember that content posted to the public feed or to a channel is visible to other people and is not private.

5. Ads and the Ad-Free Subscription

TooTalk is free to use and is supported by advertising.

• We show ads in the chat list, the feed, the channels list, between statuses, on app open, and after a completed call. We do not show ads inside your private conversations.
• You may buy an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes ads from the app. The subscription only removes advertising; it does not change any other feature.
• Prices are shown in the app before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Google Play account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Google Play, under Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policy. We do not process payments and do not have access to your payment details.
• If your subscription lapses or is refunded, ads will return.
• Prices and plans may change. We will tell you in advance, and any change applies only to future billing periods.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review reported content and public content, such as feed posts, channels and statuses, to enforce these Terms. We cannot read your end-to-end encrypted private messages.

If you break these Terms we may, depending on severity, remove content, limit features, or suspend or ban your account, temporarily or permanently. Serious violations, especially those involving child safety, may result in an immediate permanent ban and a report to the relevant authorities.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep TooTalk running reliably, but we provide the service "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for outages, lost messages, or data loss, and we strongly recommend keeping your backup turned on.

8. Termination

You may stop using TooTalk and delete your account at any time from Settings, Account, Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or if required by law. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription; cancel it in Google Play.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TooTalk is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will notify you in the app or on this page, and update the effective date. Continuing to use TooTalk after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
